Postpartum Sound Baths and Beyond
Do I need a sound bath after giving birth? YES! During this experience, you will be able to relax, go within, and enjoy the vibrations and healing energy of this experience. All you have to do is be still, close your eyes, and focus on your breath & the sounds.
In the peace, stillness and calm, allow the hum of the quartz singing bowls, the vibrations of the gong, the trickle of the rain stick and the beautiful melodies of the chime, carry you away into another universe, all while healing your mind, body, and soul~
Birth Art Classes
What is birth art?
Birth art is about healing, connection, and love! These classes are held in my home in Boulder City, Nevada.
I will provide a safe place to connect with other expecting people, a place to open up and talk about our joys & fears pertaining to pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Your art isn't supposed to look professional, or "good", that's not what this class is about. It's about taking what is deep down (fears, anxieties, worries…) and getting them out, and released into the open, to dissect and discuss. Whether that be a sculpture or a painting, we will heal, and find joy in this experience together!
