Postpartum Support Package

This plan will be catered to the individual. How ever many hours you may need, will depend on the situation. I am here for all of your needs!

Daily phone check ins after birth: I will check in on you daily to see how thins are going. In home visits: Face to face support.  

Light housework: Dishes, tidy up home, fold laundry.

Feeding support: Help with breast, or bottle feeding.

Maternal care: Give support to the client, and catering to your individual needs, however that may look. Promoting self care.

Infant care: Help with feedings, sleep schedule, basic newborn care education.
