FULL Labor Support Package
Phone/Text support: I'm on call for you (through text & phone calls) during your pregnancy. If something arises and you need me, give me a call. Please don't hesitate, I'm here for you 100%.
Birth plan session: Let's get together and talk about your birth plan, so you can have a wonderful birth with good communication, and flow.
Attending the birth: I will be on call at 38 weeks, ready to receive your call to let me know you've gone into labor. I will meet you at home (for home births) or the hospital ASAP.
Postpartum visit: This service looks like daily phone calls after you return home, and an in person visit, once you've gotten settled into your home. I can help with maternal care (making sure you're taking care of yourself) help with baby care, lactation, and more! I can cater this plan to meet your specific needs.
JUST BIRTH Support Package
Maybe you don't need a birth planning session, or a postpartum visit after baby arrives. This package is just labor support. What you get~ Phone/Text support: I'm open for phone/text support during your pregnancy. Attending the birth: I will be on call at 37 weeks, ready to receive your call to let me know you've gone into labor.
Birth planning & Phone Support
Are you looking for help creating a birth plan, prepping for labor, or maybe you just want someone on speed dial for your burning questions during your pregnancy. I got you covered. Basically you get my full phone support during regular business hours, all the way up until you give birth. What you get~ Phone/Text support: I will be open during business hours for phone/text support and virtual birth planning, during your entire pregnancy. Together we will create an easy to follow birth plan, using Motherboardbirth.com as our guide.
Virtual Birth Support
This package is full labor support, but virtual only. What you get~ -Phone/Text support: I'm open for phone/text support during your pregnancy. -Two virtual meetings to create a birth plan, and talk about a postpartum plan. -Attend the birth through zoom/face time, giving guidance and virtual labor support. Attending the birth (Virtually): I will be on call at 37 weeks, ready to receive your call to let me know you've gone into labor.
Postpartum Support (Hourly)
This plan is catered to the individual. How ever many hours you may need, will depend on the situation. I am here for all of your needs!
Daily phone check ins after birth: I will check in on you to see how things are going. In home visits: Face to face support.
Light housework: Dishes, tidy up home, fold laundry. Feeding support: Help with breast, or bottle feeding.
Maternal care: Give support to the client, and catering to your individual needs, however that may look. Promoting self care.
Infant care: Help with feedings, sleep schedule, basic newborn care education
Ayurvedic Belly Binding
1 hour- $150
3 - Muslin belly binding cloths to use/keep.
1 - Womb massage
1 - Womb (self massage) instruction
1 - Self-belly binding instruction
1 - Belly binding session done by me after womb massage
1 - Cup of herbal healing tea
Add on for an additional $
1 - 15 Minute Sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls + elemental Koshi chimes The belly binding provides womb support, and can help with shedding water weight, support the internal organs, speed up uterine involution, and to help with excess fat storage in the belly area.
