How to use:
Sit in a comfortable position with the selenite cylinder in the palm of your hand, like a barbell. Sit in the Peace & Quiet for at least five minutes, and visualizing a white light coming down from the sky into your hand (make sure your eyes are closed). This can bring you into a deep, meditative state, and if you’re working on any of the chakra areas in your body, focus your attention on that while in meditation.
These selenite cylinder/harmonizers are very soft to the touch, and just holding them can be a calming experience~
